Why does healthy eating matter? I mean, we all know we should but WHY exactly? Do we not eat for energy and doesn’t energy come from calories? Isn’t a calorie a calorie no matter what kind of calorie it is? In one simple word, NO!

Healthy eating is SO important to your life! In fact, good nutrition is not only an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle but the largest part of it. It doesn’t matter how much exercise you do if you eat junk. There’s just no way around it… healthy eating is a downright MUST!
